Casey Benefield Twitter is evil, yes?

So, how many people on this community use Twitter, or something like it? I think that there is a reasonably sized population using Twitter on their cell phones, versus those who have tornado sirens/weather radios/scanners in their neighborhood all of the time... So yeah, I wanted to recap my day yesterday. If you Googled my name to find this, READ the entire post, because I have something for you. I woke up to some storms, but since I'm still in the process of moving, I didn't know that they were severe. I decided to grab some breakfast at McDonalds on Battlefield Rd., and go to Sears. Stormman Severe Weather This Evening

The ingredients still look favorable for a decent shot at severe weather this evening. Depending on moisture quality will determine the severity of these storms. As of right now the dew points are only in the low 30's, thats a very dry airmass that is currently in place, however by late this evening into the early night time hours at least some moisture should advect North from the Gulf. Wow what a trip! I learned so much at the National Storm Conference I fear my head will burst! Fascinating and extremely educational presentations. Steve and I learned a great deal about thermodynamics, and saw presentations by Dr. Charles Doswell III who wrote the spotter handbooks and Les Limon who was instrumental in the development and implementation of the doppler radar.
