Cute pooches! Our family had a black&white wired-hair terrier...a smart & friendly dog! I love the personality of Border Collies...but boy do ya ever need a lot of running space for them....they never stop! lol ! It looks like Penny is still 'cool...

The small dog, Scooter we think is a wired hair terrier. The black and white dog, Jake is border collie and healer mix. The oldest one, Penny (who just turned 11 yrs in June), is a brittney- spaniel healer mix.

A Blue Heron....I should have recognized it. I love those birds as they look prehistoric but graceful and classy too. However, I have never had any luck getting close to them like you did. You must be able to charm them or something! LOL!
