Basics
Tornadoes are very powerful. Of course we need to take appropriate precautions as a spotter in training these are the REAL FACTS. Whenever there is a tornado watch that means keep your eye on the sky cause conditions are favorable for storms. Whenever there is a tornado warning that means a trained spotter has spotted a wall cloud with a rotating funnel.
